"ALBERT'S AC AND PLUMBING PEOPLE WERE UNTRUTHFUL ; UNPROFESSIONAL AND DIS-HONE
EST. THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME AS A SINGLE WOMEN WITH LITTLE KNOWLEDGE
OF THIS AC. THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED 80 LBS OF FREON R222 AND THEY
SUPPOSEDLY PUT 20 PLUS LBS. WHEN I GOT THE BILL WHICH WAS PAID IN FULL IT
SHOWED ONLY 3 LBS OF FREON AND THE CAP TO THE LINE WAS LEFT OFF AND ALL
THE FREON LEAKED OUT IN 1/2 A NIGHT. I HAVE CALLED ALBERT FOR 10 DAYS AND
HE HAS NOT RESPONDED AND BLOCKED MY CALL. I HAD TO GET ANOTHER AC PERSON WHICH SHOWED MEWHAT HE DID.THE CAP WAS LEFT OFF AND THERE WAS NO FREON LEFT. HE ALSO TOLD ME TO GETMY MONEY BACK BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT REPUABLE AND THEY LIED ABOUT THE WORK. HE ALSO DROPPED A METAL PIECE INTO THE AC MOST LIKELY THE CAP TO THE FREON LINE. ALBERT ALSO STATED I NEEDED TO REPLACE THE WHOLE AC FOR $5000{ WHICH WAS ALSO A LIE}, PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM."

  • I reject his offer. I expect full payment of $404.50 due to his contempt he expressed towards me whom he had never done any business before ever and regard for his lousy work. He was fraudulent and arrogant and remains that way just by his comment. The full amount I was charged was $374.50 which I paid by check #1320 (which he cashed immediately proved his awareness of his lousy faulty work). I am not accepting any less money for his inferior work and now will add an additional $30.00 for my family member's extreme health issues and stress of thinking her disease state was worsening. Please continue to resolve this issue.
