Claimant says:
"I was going to rent a car from today Thursday October 15-Saturday October 17th in North Carolina. I ended up canceling my flight to North Carolina because the person I was going to visit passed away. I now am only going to fly in and out for the funeral which is October 17th so I told them that I was not going to be able to pick the car up on Thursday and would instead pick it up for use only on Saturday. They said that my rental was not transferable and not refundable and I also was not able to make any kind of changes to the reservation. They are billing me the full amount. I said I was not disputing the billing, I am fine with paying for three days but I need to make sure they have the car for me on that day. She said that they would not do that. This is an absolute scam to me. I cannot believe they can get away from robbing people from money like this."
