Claimant says:
"I had a complete solar water heater system installed into my home including solar panels put on the roof and new water heater and storage tank inside my home. This was done February 2013. I have tried to contact this company several times and the message I get is they are not available to take my call and leave a message they will get back to me. I have left my name and number 15 to 20 times and finally had to call a plumber to come help with the problem of the heater not staying lit. There is a warranty on all parts and service for 5 years except I have no way of getting in touch with them. I was put into the hospital and was not at my home when the system was installed but my father was present since then he has passed away. Any contact information is what I can find on the internet and it is in another state."

  • Dear Ms. Gibbons,

    I have never received a phone call or message in regards to your issue. Had I, I would definitely respond. The item that you are having trouble with, your water heater, was not supplied by us. Our system consists of the 8 or 12 gallon drainback tank that sits beside the water heater and the collectors that are located on the roof. I people that you SHOULD be notifying is either A. your installer, B. the company that you purchased the system from (may be the same company as your installer) or C. the water heater manufacturer. Had you called me at 480-275-4221 I would have directed you to one of these companies and/or notified them myself. Our phone number is located on the sticker that is on the drainback tank. As stated previously, I have never received any form of communication from you until receipt of this letter from People Claim. Please fee free to contact me and I will attempt to help you resolve this issue.

    Please have this information pulled from this site as this is the incorrect company that you are having the issue with. Please send a written notification of removal.
