Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Advance Financial provides revolving lines of credit but read the fine print before you sign and or have your attorney look at the .  The catch is that the Billing cycle payments are really fees.  Only a small portion of those fees goes back to the principal and the whopping remainder they keep.  I spoke to a representative before I signed and was told one thing but they mask the truth.  So now I am stuck with a loan I can not afford.  I am in worse shape now than before I got the loan.
I pleaded with them to help me and let them know the information I was given was not accurate but they don't care."

David Dogan (Comment):
"The information provided is insufficient. A copy of the agreement claimant signed as prepared and presented by Advance Financial would have to be reviewed. Claimant contends fees/costs were '"masked," but the document signed should control if it is fair, unambiguous and not a contract of adhesion. It would be worthwhile for claimant or Advance Financial to post the actual language, the size of the font, the spacing and other pertinent information to determine how accurate claimant's position, as well as Advance Finance's defenses, are."
