Claimant says:
"I have been an ADT customer since 2007. I agreed to have the monthly monitoring service cost charged to American Express Card which is a charge card not a credit card. Hence, I am expected to pay the total of all charges each month. This is not easy when you are 86 and the majority of income is from SSA. I have managed to to do this each month until Nov. 2, 2015.

On that date, without my consent or notification, ADT placed charges for two months ($52.14 + another $52.14) on my AMEX card. I discovered the charges a few days later (I check my accounts every few days). This is not right or fair and should be illegal. I called ADT customer service and asked to have one of the charges taken off. they said they would.

When I received my statement both charges were still there. I call back and they said the Refund Dept. would not allow the refund. How can they take my money before it is due? I can't get my SSA check before due. The only option seniors have is to cut their medication bill. There is no justice.

There me be others who got the same treatment.
