Claimant says:
"I have a Horse hair Kopelli statue that was made by Tom Vail from several years ago. Addus had a person named Segway come in to help me while my lady was on vacation. He broke my statue, stole a brand new box of very good bandaids, A Pink crystal slice, and chipped a 70 year old vase. I have only asked for money for the Kopelli since all are different. The price since I have had it has gone to over a hundred dollars. It also has turquoise. I have sent pictures in to them of the head and body with the tag on it and its description. Now they want a receipt! How would I have a receipt from several years ago. They have pictures of the tag of authenticity and number on item of 404-237. I think they should pay for the vase also but I don't know what it is worth since it is 70 or more years old. Segway at first denied breaking the statue then finally admitted to Rose in Sterling that he did break it. Addus has said that without a receipt they won't pay! I have not asked for anything unreasonable. I could hit them for all the other things he stole and for the vase which is 70 years old in my family. Probably worth a few hundred dollars. They have been given pictures and still refuse to pay. All in all the damage and theft this man did to me is worth a few hundred dollars. They have insurance and they refuse to pay. Please help. I am not asking for anything more. I also don't know what else he may have taken or broken in the apartment."
