Claimant's opinion: unqualified and unlicensed contractor
Claimant's opinion: both the the installer and the selling wholesaler will not respond
Claimant's opinion: both parties demanded cash up front which I paid. Incompetent installer and uncaring wholesaler
Adams Air Service is a rogue contractor not licensed to do business as an AC Installer or Tech. Caused substantial damage installing a new system by not hooking up water line to exhaust water which caused a ceiling collapse and water damage in house. Complaints to be filed with Secretary of State(FL), Lake and Lee County's followed by small claims lawsuit as Company refused to pay/repair damages after agreeing twice to pay a nominal amount. Bad Actor do not let him work on your AC System
Adamsairservices is a LLC and is insured George Spadaro purchase a air conditioning system threw budget and asked for someone to install and he was given my number the Installation went well then 8 months later due to the lack of maintenance the drain back up and overflow in the attic causing water to flow on to the ceiling the pic of the drain line being apart is something that had to be done after the fact cause in point we're did the water drain up to that point and as for the back ground check that George Spadaro had done is completely false and is just trying to slander my name. It is recommended by any company that your HVAC system be check so these problems will not happen
Makes no sense that I would create a mess for $450 when the actual damages were far in excess of that. I am 77 years old and there is no way I would or could get into the attic to cut a pipe if it was working.. Further I have written communication from Adams Air Services agreeing to the settlement twice then begging me to wait for payment as he was broke. Lastly, he is not a licensed AC contractor in the State or County where he works from, and where claims are being filed with the Secretary of State FL, The Department of Taxation, Lee County where the work was performed without a permit which was Adams Air responsibility, and Lake County where the business operates from. Further a lawsuit is being prepared against Terri Tyson the registered principal of Adams Air Supply LLC as well as Adam Tyson the Manager and sole employee.Lastly, the background check is accurate and I stand by it 100%.
I would like to see the proof of background check and further more why are u creating all this at the end of the day u save money doing what u did all I was trying to do was save u money and provide a services do u really think I wanted this to happen second on the I'm not lic I work under a contractor license that is needed in the state of Florida to gain my own Florida lic but I still hold a LLC in Florida and maintain a insurance policy in Florida I was trying to come with a agreement but was demanded to pay quicker than I could I would come with agreement if set terms where meet on time to be paid say 30 days from today
An LLC means nothing other then you incorporated---that's all. Tell me who's license you work under so I may include him in my complaint. You are simply a conniver searching for a way out when there is only one way out??? Judge Judy will have a field day with this case.. You had weeks to come up with $450? Give me a break Are you that destitute? Your family must be very proud of you. When this goes to trial I will be asking for more, including court costs which defendants must pay if found guilty. Put up or shut up
I did a search on DBPR and I couldn't find a license, either. I would recommend that Adams Air Services provides the claimant with the license number that he is working under, if he does not believe he should stick to the agreement made. A report of unlicensed and sub-par activity made to DBPR could seriously impact his ability to get a future license.
Presumably he is trying to turn his life around, which I would wholeheartedly support. Is the claimant willing to accept payment within a certain period rather than immediately? Along with a written promise and a copy of the respondent's driver's license or other proof of identity?

PeopleClaim is a new way to resolve disputes online without lawyers or mediators. By inviting suggestions from the public, disputing parties get ideas that can lead to settlement – and the person(s) who contributed them can win a reward.
Here's what to do: Read the case (left side of page). Then go to the bottom of the page and enter your suggestion in the space provided. Click the Solution button.
Your suggestion will be sent to both parties and will post on the claim. If the two sides agree to settle based on your suggestion, you're eligible to win. Note: Cash rewards may be split among more than one person if settlement depends on ideas from more than one contributor. If you have a claim of your own to resolve, click here.
