"I purchased a tarp from Tarp plus, that was incorrect size. Contacted their customer service and they authorized return on their RMA 48835. Product was returned by UPS on 5/30/2014 and was delivered to their Palmdale location on 6/5/2014. Credit wast to be issued for returned material. I was told that 20% restocking charge would not be applied if I reordered another item. This was done in the amount of $108.00 on 5/29/2014 on their order # 51781. To this date they have refused to contact me or issue the proper credit for the return."
