Claimant says:
"As a concerned family member, I have been made informed that Mr Brian Carson has refused to pay his employees due to be thousands if dollars in the red in the company account. Therefore when the said employee had worked all week and expected his income to pay his rent he was refused. Angrily no doubt refused to leave without payment for services rendered he was FIRED. It is illegal to change your companies pAydate without 72 hours notice. It is also illegal to terminate someone for asking for their pay.
At this time I have contacted the Division of Labor and will fight this case to make sure other families do not suffer for loss of income due to a company not being able to pay them. Furthermore after being familiar with this type of business for many years, my recommendations to Abaco will not be good ones anymore ."
