"I had purchased an Ab Cycle Pro. I had been using this device per the Ad and have had no results. I feel this device was advertised under false Advertisement. I am a very disatisfied customer. While in my Doctors office, I had read an article regarding the Ab Cycle in advertisement the Consumer Report November addition, stating to file a claim per my discussion above, which I am doing.

I had called the company in the past regarding my concerns, they pretty well told me, there was nothing they could, that I now owned it and it was my problem.

Compensation should be granted due to the false Advertisement that was given.

A refund should be provided."

  • Fitness Brands is not the marketer of this product in the US. Direct Entertainment Media Group, Inc. is the exclusive US distributor of this product and is to whom this complaint should be directed. Also, there are many counterfeit versions of the Ab Circle Pro being offered for sale. If she can provide a digital photo of the device, Direct Entertainment Media Group, Inc. may be able to confirm that this is the real product. Further still, we believe there was a money back guarantee available for anyone who did not like the results but it was limited in time. Again, Ms. Michel should contact Direct Entertainment Media Group, Inc. on these issues.
