"I have made 2 reports concerning my storage unit..i did not get a climate controled unit bc i have never experienced a problem , however my unit as of november 2015 along the right side wall has my 100% leather sofa and chopping block worth almost 4,000 $ dollars is covered in mold...i have made 2 different gentlemen aware of my problem to find out by the manager NO ONE HAS REPORTED THE PROBLEM...i have been nothing but understanding until today 3/7/16..i am seeking legal action and the owner was made aware of this HE THEN DECIDED TO CALL ME NOT IDENTIFING HIMSELF AS THE OWNER BUT AN ATTORNEY REPRESENTING THE BUSINESS....he was an attorney from 1987 to 2008 and legally can represet himself but should of as the owner tried to get to the buttom of things as the business owner and not an attorney & telling me how to handle things and not to contact them.....this was poorly handled..according to the manager this is not the 1st time they have had this problem w their storage units or a particular employee....very sad this is how this business handles things..i have paid on time every month since june 2014 and never created any problems..."
