Claimant says:
"i purchased a fuel pump online from them and they took the money out of my account on sept.29th and should have had it oct. 3rd and still dont have it today. they wont answer my phone messages or call me back. i sent them an e-mail asking for the pump or my 130 dollars back in my account and still no reply he answered me by e-mail yesterday and said he would take care of it but he did not answer his phone again today and he hasnt called me back and the car i had to borrow becouse of this has to go back so i dont have a way to work"
