Claimant says:
"I hired Chris from 5 star carpentry to install 4 by 8 sheets of harbi board siding on my garage in the fall of 2007.There was problems from the start,when they nailed it into place they missed a lot of the studs,drove the nails in to far,and there were areas that had no nails in at all.I called Chris and he came out and did some work on it.The next year I had to call him again so he could put more nails in.I hoped that would solve to problem.Three years ago I had to start replacing the siding do to the problems listed above.When taking the siding off there was black mold in some areas and some of the wood behind the siding was rotten.I called Chris again and told him what I was having to do.I replaced half of the siding and kept calling him over the next few years.He came over in July and he removed the other half of the siding.When he was done removing the siding he asked me where the new material was.I explained to him that I didn't have any.I've been having a lot of knee problems and had one knee replaced in June so I physically just cant do it.He asked where I got the siding from,I told him either Home Depot or Lowes have it.Chris said that he would get the siding and come back at a latter date it put it on for me.That was the last time I've seen or heard from him,Ive left numerous messages for him but he hasn't returned any of my phone calls.I don't know how anybody could remove the siding and not come back and put new siding back one when he knows that I'm disabled,and rainy weather isn't far away."
