Made a contract with company for house addition and remodeling, work was abandoned and incomplete, and what work perfomed was faulty. They were paid in full and more to complete job, but refused, house left without roof complete, no steps on back porch, faulty broken steps on front porch, driveway dug up, not finished, bathroom plumbing not complete, cannot use tub or shower, holes in wall, part of ceiling fell in, doors won't close, carpet not tacked to floor, painting not finished inside and out, kitchen cabinets not finished/missing shelves; bathroom missing shower glass enclosure, mirrors, handicapp bars, backyard left with loads of trash to be hauled off, fence and gate broken, the outside of the house is not enclosed and exposed to animals, cannot use the closet due to no hanging rods for clothes, all towel bars in bathrooms have to be replaced, paid for new front door and did not get, missing one door in kitchen that was paid for. The ac unit is missing several components and does not cool/heat the new addition; exterior of house is exposed and not painted. Paid for new cement driveway and nothing was done.We want the work complete and finished in our home or a refund of $20,000. We have repeatedly ask both contractors to complete the work or refund part of the funds."
