"03/12/2014
Dear Representative;

My husband purchased some items from this Purchasing Power and arranged for them to take payments out of his Pay Ross every two weeks. I was informed he had missed a payment, however he did take care of the issue and assumed nothing further would happen. However that week when I checked my credit card balance.

Purchasing Power had not been given any authorization to "steal" money out of my card, my card should not even be listed on the contract my husband signed with them, That contract was between himself and Purchasing Power. (The document can be provided for you). It clearly shows that my furniture is nowhere on the Contract giving any authorization to take money out my personal financial accounts, only my Husband's pay roll check. Mine is the only name on the Credit card they committed this act of fraud on and I require my money to be returned (Which I believe is more than fair as I could take them to court and the situation could be elevated to a level that would make them VERY unpopular!

I tried to deal with the issue myself but Purchasing Power Customer Service would not speak with me, thus I am contacting your company with the hope I will receive help before I have to "raise the bar".
