Claimant says:
"On 9/10/2015, we purchased a BRAND NEW R.V. from TradeWinds RV from Clio, Michigan. The RV was supposed to be BRAND NEW. The RV arrived at our place with no cabinet door, with glass shatters on the bed and in the bathtub, with no trim at the back door, cannot be leveled because the sliding door is not properly installed and it leaves a gap (it looks as though it's been replaced), at the back door where the trim goes together the paper is peeling, above the sliding there is two different color wallpapers, and much more. They said they would repair the problems. It is 6 months later and it is still not fixed. They started threatening me. I have a letter that they emailed me stating that someone with TradeWinds RV dropped the ball on me. In my understanding, that means that someone screwed me over. In the email, it also states that they do not see this as a big issue because my complaints aren't worth it. They stated that I'm the one that is going to lose my trailer because they do not want to help rectify the situation since I am so far away, living in Spring, Texas. We have pictures. We had a professional verbal estimate done. They said it would cost approximately $6000 to be fixed properly. Tom, the general manager at TradeWinds RV, said that he will fix it and nobody has come by to fix it. Three weeks ago, Terry from Town RV said that he had a person to come out to fix it. He was supposed to come out on Monday, but he never showed up. We have had enough of this going back and forth. We want our money back or a new RV. We are paying the payments to the bank and we cannot use the RV. We can't lease the RV so we are losing money. We have more pictures, but we are unable to attach them all."
