Claimant says:
"Had my basement walls done by the company. They said they didn't know what the problem was caused by, they went on and fixed the walls. About 2 years later the same problem occurred, I tried to get back with them about the walls, took me about 4 or 5 calls to do so. Got in touch, made an appointment, they didnt show up. Then called about 4 more times, made an appointment, then I had car problems, was late getting home and missed him so I called to tell them sorry I missed them but my car didn't start. The lady that answered said I could leave a message but Dale wasn't in, so I did, no call back, I left another message, no call back. When I finally got Dale he told me he looked at it and said I needed to build up the outside of the house so I got a company to come do the work, called back a few times again, got with the was told that I had to pay again for the work to be done. If I was told that at first I could have done what needed to be done before I paid all that money but was told back then they didnt know what the problem was. They are the professionals, I'm not."
