Claimant says:
"I had eaten at Mariana's Taco Shop before and enjoyed their food. However, I ordered 4 dozen tamales, 3 pork with red chile and 1 dozen sweet. Also a gallon of menudo. I paid $15 in advance. On 12-24-13 I returned and paid $65.70 for my order. At home that evening we heated the food and started to eat. The sweet tamales were pink in color and had a strong taste of sugar, no raisins or pineapple as promised. The gallon of menudo had a small amount of meat that was in large pieces. The red tamales had very little meat and hardly any red chile. On 12-26-13 I returned to the shop and complained to the owner-manager. I also returned 11 of the sweet tamales. I was informed that that was the way they cook and not to return again. I informed the young lady that I was going to file a complaint with you and also call immigration because I suspected that there were illegals working in the kitchen. The address of the shop is 7043 Ash St., Frisco, Texas. 75034 Tele:214-505-9059.
I was threatened that if I did not leave the police were going to be called. By the way I am a retired Federal Agent with 28 years of service with the Justice Dept."
