Claimant says:
"I had an unfortunate experience at this West St. Paul Verizon store. I've been to this location many times before with great comfort and satisfaction. I had a question about my email not working on my IPhone after the #7 upgrade. I had first stopped at the Rosemount store and they were very professional and polite but needed to recommend going to another location that provides more technical support.
Anyway, I finally made my way to West St Paul. Jessica M waited on me and was very abrupt and really didn't seem to know what to do to fix the problem. Which I said and she became immediately rude. I left with a very uncomfortable feeling but really wanted to speak to someone about the behavior. I did get a business card and just received a return call today from Michelle. Apparently, it was important for Michelle to say I had put this young woman on the defensive. No apology - just wanted to set me straight. Needless to say this makes me think I must not go to the location again and too bad for me since I always liked the store and employees before. Something has changed!"

  • I'm really not complaining about Verizon in general. It was an issue with poor customer service at the West St Paul store at Robert & Wentworth. I haven't ever felt comfortable to return to this location. I really like doing business in West St Paul since my office is two blocks away. I never heard from anyone else!
