"I ALONZO MARTN WENT TO FILE CHP 13 AND FORECLOSURE OF PROPERTY ON JAN 11 2012 AT ONE OF THEIR LOCATIONS ON CICERO AVE IN CHG. AND TALKED TO ONE OF THEIR LAWERS WHOS NAME IS DAVID D LUGARDO.THIS LAWER TOLD ME EVERYTHING I NEEDED TO HEAR, EXCEPT FOR ONE THING , WHICH WAS NOT EVEN ON PAPER AS A PROPER DOCUMENT, AND THAT WAS, EVEN WHEN I FORCLOSE AND MOVE FROM THAT PROPERTY, THAT IS WAS STILL MY RESPONSIBILTY TO KEEP PAYING MY ASSESSMENTS. OMG. IF IF HE HAD MENTIONED THOSE WORDS TO ME THEN I WOULD HAVE STAYED ON WITH CASH STILL IN MY POCKET!NOW AFTER ALL THIS TIME HALLMARK AND JOHNSON WANTS THEIR MONEY STILL AND THE PAYMENT NOW IS CLOSE TO 4 GRAND OMG"
