"I rarely "bite" on "offers" like this but in a weak moment they appealed to my frustration with my undereye bags. They offer a "trial offer" but at the very bottom of the page, in grayed out, not clearly visible linkage, the terms tell you that if you don't cancel in 14 days there will be $97 charged to your account. The only reason I finally FOUND the terms and conditions was because I first called their customer service number (which I really had to dig for via Google) and then emailed their customer service email--TWICE-- and was finally told where to find the terms. Their website SCREAMS what an opportunity this is and there is NOTHING CLEARLY VISIBLE at ALL that tells you that charges will be incurred in 14 days."
