I'm sorry I understand but this was a gift for my boyfriend and they are to big and not his size and was not what I ordered. I want the the sneakers I ordered please I will send back the sneakers I don't care what I have to spend oN shipping if you want to keep me as a customer you will do this for me can you ease send the correct shoes please if not then I will call the Better Business Bureau please send me your address to ship wrong shoes back to you.

We are sorry to let this silly mistake happen which bring you inconvenience.we are all self-accusation and hope you can understand.We give the right items to the express company and they shipped the wrong items to you,I called thems for compensation and they did not reply me.I am sad about that.you are friendly people,I think that you would understand me.I have checked for you ,the items you got are popular and more expensive than those you got.you could use them because the size is right.i promise you would use them for a long time.And as to make this up to you,we will offer you 20% discounts for your next order if you can keep the item you have got yet.Could you accept this preference?
