  • Stu,
    1. You stated I was offered to take clients and walk away, this is not true. I was never made this offer.
    Geary Diltz collected checks from my accounts and illegally cashed them. He Breached contract by taking contacting them and had my money's sent to him.
    I have email from Geary stating to turn my client's over in good standing and I would need to finish out month of January 2017.

    2. I have proof of 388.5 hours unpaid to me. I wanted to be paid for hours Geary insisted I worked, this is why they were put on time sheets. He always said he would try to get me those hours.
    I feel I was treated very unfairly during my duties in office, as well as why I left working in office by Geary Diltz. I am willing to settle with you at a fair amount.
    I lost everything, my claim is about harassment which I had several conversations with you about and never got resolved.
    I felt him taking my money from my client's was the last thing for me.
    1. He constantly threatened to take my client's away.
    2.Always threatening me to take me to court on many ccassions.
    3. You and I agreed to give me break from paying franchise fee one two occasions. 1, car problems, which I needed to perform my job.
    2. DENTAL WORK.
    3. JANUARY 1 2016, Geary Diltz offered to pay me hours and mileage to take care of monies not received in 2015. Which I worked training and cleaning other new franchisees buildings for 2 months straight. Sometimes till 1am in morning.

    I would hope you would be fair with me. I know I have a good case but was told by Atterneys to try to work with you this way first.
