Claimant says:
"Owner has violated his own lease and violated our civil rights he has a 55 and older park he has 5 people under that age and a sixteen year old living here 9 months out of the year to go to local high school. Refuses to allow my X who is 50 to live there even though I am over 55 he discriminates against me with vicious and unfounded rumors and accusations and has defamed my character to the point I want him for for defamation of character/slander and discrimination
he is a boarder line alcoholic if not a full blower one and preys on deceased members of families and he has right of first refusal and buys the house for dirt cheap price to ease there pain. Buys a new one from a manufacturer he knows for 45-50 thousand sells it for 120,000.00 he is a predator in sheep clothing.

He violates his own lease with marital status being ignored pets only one allowed some have 3-4 dogs and cats according to lease suppose to keep car ports clean at least 5 are hoarders and distract people from coming to see residents that follow lease his answer is not a priority want mediation and possible suit filed for defamation/slander/discrimination."
