"On January 10 we purchased a unit at Royal Floridian Beach in Ormond Beach Florida. After looking at the contract the time share we traded in was not listed right and the amount of the trade in was not shown. Also the warranty deed was not filled out or notarized. The purchase agreement was not signed by the same name on the contract."

Additional Communication Between Claimant and Spinnaker Resorts Hide

  • We have requested for Mr. Mohr to provide additional information in regards to his complaint through a private message. Unfortunately, he did not do so. With one way communication, there is no way to resolve this dispute without this additional information. Furthermore, we have noted that the claims made against our company are actually false and contradict what the real reasons are to wanting to cancel this contract. Nevertheless, we will respond accordingly to the claims which you will see below.

    In response to theconcerns about the property transfer, Mr. Mohr was given an upfront discount to transfer those properties as he was a Vacation Owner already. Regardless, the transfer company will request proof of ownership for his property as well as proof of being current with that particular resort in regards to their maintenance fees, etc.

    Lastly, the deed for said property hasn't been recorded yet, but as soon as it is, the owner will receive a copy of that in the mail.

    We are having a difficult time understanding what exactly is wrong, and what exactly you want from our company to make you happy? If you could assist us in figuring this out, we will try and reach an amicable solution for both parties.
