"We are Fence contractors and were contracted by this company to remove and haul away a wood fence at 5990 NW 42 Ave N. Lauderdale,Fl 33319-2710 and close out an open permit for said property. We completed our work on 01-05-2012 and submitted the invoice and have not been paid. We had done a permit closeout for a property in Miami lakes,Fl for this same company and had no troubles with them and got paid. We didn`t get a deposit as we had already dealt with him before. The principal's name is James Hussher III and the address listed is 2401 NE 25 Pl Ft. Lauderdale,Fl 33305. Phone numbers are :954-999-2936,954-282-1716 and fax 1-800-754-6850"
