Claimant says:
"On 10/22/2013 I ordered a front seat for my 1999 dodge truck ORDER # 6584. I was told it would take about 8 weeks . I waited 12 weeks and then called they would say in about 2 weeks so I would wait again. and then call same thing two more weeks .This went on with the same story every time. By July of 2014 I had enough. When I called this time I ask to cancel the order. The man who always answers the phone Ivas Berzins told me it word cost 20% 0f the amount of my bill. MY BILL WAS $1463.00 LESS $292.60 comes to $1170.40. I agreed to this. Mind you this was in July of 2014 it is now October 28 2014 I have received nothing . I have called many times and sent faxes to get no response. They do not answer faxes nor do they answer emails. They only answer at the 1 800 884-3826 phone number. They have never returned a call if leaving a message. so I just keep calling tell Ivas answers. Now he says he will pass this on to the proper person, he will not let me talk to anybody else , says he is only phone person. I gave consumer alliance this info and they said they never got a response. In order to make contact you must call the 1 (800) 884-3836 #. I do not think it should take this long for a refund and I now don't think they are even in business , just a phone number. What is my next move."
