"i did a submission to BP in May of 2010. They used the submission- my invention of Oil retrieving System, in the energy industries worldwide( globally)and made the invention peer to peer. The case went to the United States Supreme Court#13-5335, but was denied hearing. The District Court, in New Orlean, Louisiana refused any hearing on my case, I never had a day in court from the Judiciary Branch of Government. I'm a disable American from injuries, that I suffer from in a childhood injury, and also a work related injury as a police officer. Please help me get my royalties and compensation from the Energy Industries. It's my property that I'm being denied, by these corporations globally. I have a living trust for Velma Jean Richards, and my intellectual property is in that Trust. The Copyrights, Patent pending, and common law trademark. Thank you."

  • I did a submission to BP in the 2010, for the Gulf of Mexico Oil Spill disaster in New Orlean, Louisiana. Claim is against the Oil and Gas Industries, Global Energy. Robert Dudley is the Head Officer in charge of BP worldwide. The United States Government- the Judiciary Branch, the Legislative Branch, and the Executive Branch have frozen my assets in this case, and will not pay this disable private citizen for her inventions. My case is an Executive Branch of the United States Government decision in the worldwide Energy trade. They want pay me the inventor, who stopped BP Oil Spill Disaster in the Gulf of Mexico in 2010. I have been mistreated by my country as well as, after I invented the device that stopped the Oil Spill, and the new technology- Art is being used by the Global Energy Industries.

  • The Judiciary branch had a legal team from Duke University in my case. The legal team denied me my property in Duke v. Richards. Duke got it own energy company for this. Numerous others have gotten loans and grants from the U.S.Government as contractors and lackeys for not giving, me my property in this process of condemnation by the Executive Branch. They should be ashamed of its self for taking a disabled person property. All of the government was involved. I have the emails to prove it. I need help to get my property returned and put into the Velma Jean Richards Trust Fund. If I didn't do, what I needed to do to get my property, the government should have done the right thing, for me helping stopped the BP-Gulf of Mexico Oil Disaster. Instead it help the contractors, and lackeys steal, the owner property.
