Claimant says:
"I called to make appointment for repairs on tractor. Shop foreman stated it should take about three days and cost about $400.00 max. I expressed my need to have tractor back in three weeks due to other obligations made.Tractor was picked up and a list of repairs requested with the main problem detailed. After week and half I visited the shop to find that nothing had been done. I gave them another list and I personally pointed out to the shop foreman and the mechanic scheduled to do the work. About two weeks later the tractor was returned with belt off. Driver was ordered to Not unload until payment received. Tractor was returned to shop for further repairs. Durring this time,Foreman informed me of other issues kept happening. Foreman stated that no more work would be done until previous bill is paid. Tractor stayed at shop for three months before returning to me. The bill is now $1000.00 for all the minor repairs they did. The repairs that were original requested never done. Tractor returned in worst condition than it left. Had to take it to another shop for repairs at a cost of #300.00 more"
