Claimant says:
"Waytechsolution.com. contacted me and said my computer had been hacked into from an outside web source and that I needed their $150.00 software program to protect my computer from hackers. McAfee was an internal protection for my computer, but their software protected my computer from external world wide sources. They showed me how my Microsoft programs had been compromised and had stopped working and that my computer had a Trojan and was starting to crash. I needed their program right away before my computer shut down.
I told them that I already had computer technical support through AT&T and would call them to verify what they were showing me. I had not called Waytech Solution and knew nothing about them. I wasn't going to have them download any programs into my computer from someone I didn't know. When I called AT&T, they checked out my computer thoroughly and said it was clean, no Trojan was in my computer, and all my systems were running efficiently. This call from Waytech Solution was to be ignored.
I'm writing my experience with this company, Waytech Solution, to warn people of their false claims to convince you, through scare tactics, to invest in their software. Ignore them, because they're very sneaky people preying on the public."
