Claimant says:
"I paid cash for 4 windows to be installed in my home in January of this year. I still do not have them installed nor do I have any resolution. I have asked him to either give me my money back, get them installed or just drop them off and we can install them ourselves. I have been in constant contact with Brad Taylor by phone and text. It has been one excuse after the other. I have my phone messages saved and of course all the text are still on my phone. I feel this man has taken my money and I am not getting an service for it. I have my receipts where I paid him. I need to get some help to get this resolved. His number is 904-962-5748. As I stated it has been one excuse after the other, he forgot it as Easter weekend, his truck broke down, etc. Please help me."
