Claimant says:
"My claim is that David Garden rented a home to me that is in foreclosure and owned by the bank and is up for sheriffs sale in 4 months. This house has no plumbing, no kitchen sink, no air conditioning unit, no hot water heater, no outlets for the electrical thru out the house. These things were addressed w/ David Garden, which at that time promised to have all these things fixed and replaced and ready for move-in on 07/02/2012. As of today's date none of the above has been addressed at all. Within 12 hours of my signing this fraudulent contract, I immediately called David Garden admitting my mistake and wanting to cancel this contract. There was no communication or discussing this to cancel on Davids Garden's behalf. He would not call me back in a timely manner nor would he allow me to go to his office when no return calls were made to me. I gave this man 1500.00 in good faith and he has not held up to any of his part. This has gone on for 4 weeks now and all I am asking is for this man to give me my money back. Within 12 hours of signing and refused to and still refuses to. I am on disability and receive "x" amount of money monthly, I cannot afford this. And David Garden knows I am on Disability."

  • Refund him. I can NOT belive our Attorney General's office has not shut this guy down after 20 years of being extremely crooked. My story from 20 years ago would definitely prove this guy is a crook and a flake. I about NEVER got rid of the 2 homes he strapped me with and probably would not have if it wasn't for my boyfriend at the time (husband for over 20 years) and a great lawyer friend.
