Claimant says:
"I went to Ida's Alterations on May 6, 2016 and I had a full link gown that I wanted shorten to a cocktail dress. I told her that I was going out of town on Thursday to a wedding and I needed the gown by Wed. She said that she was working on some gowns for the prom, but said she could have me gown shorten on Sat. before 1pm. She took my measurement, I looked in the mirror at a measurement that she called Tea length and I saw her pin the measurement just below my knees; like I wanted. I wrote her a check $34 because that is what she said it would cost for her to press & hem my gown. It was about 2hrs later she called me at my home and said that I could pick up my gown before the close of business.(5pm) I was sure that she had the right measurement so I waited to May 7, 2016 to try it on . The gown was still way to long and looked as though it wasn't cut but 2 inches. I went back to her place of business and she was very unprofessional. She said that she had a lot of prom gowns to finish and she wasn't going to shorten it. I told her that I was an Unsatisfied customer and she acted like she didn't care."
