Claimant says:
"I went to the Zbiddy auction website and successfully bid on several items. I was told I would receive the items within 10 days. On Sept 18, 2013, they charged my credit card $99. By Oct 10th, I had not received items and they advised me the items where "on the way". At the end of October, I requested a refund and was told they would put 1/2 of the $99 back into my account by Nov. 15th. It is now Jan 14, and I have not received any refund."
