"I placed an order #1069 for SONY XBR 55HX 950 priced at $2399.00 buyTVtoday.com (WorldWide Electronics LLC 3912 Pacific Pl, Mukilteo, WA 98275 on March 23, 2013 with payment delivered on March 26, 2013 to Worldwide Electronics LLC via overnight bank check.
I CANCELLED MY ORDER #1069 on March 30, 2013 when Mr. Roman, the Company WorldWide Electronics LLC sales director gave me the wrong tracking information. I asked the company TO RETURN THE AMOUNT OF $2399.00 IMMEDIATELY. The Company WorldWide Electronics LLC (BuyTVtoday.com) Sales Director Mr. Roman did not pay any attentions to my multiple humble requests, instead used every possible trick not to return my money.
The Company WorldWide Electronics LLC (BuyTVtoday.com) has money in its bank for MORE THAN FOUR MONTHS. I told Mr. Roman (Company Sales Director) very clear that I need my money back. I do not want to do any business with him or his company, WorldWide Electronics, LLC, 3912 Pacific Pl, Mukilteo, WA 98275.
The Company WorldWide Electronics (BuyTVtoday.com) then stopped all kinds of communications i.e., email, text or responding to calls.
I submitted my complaint via BBB on April 29, 2013 still did not get any response. After that I submitted my complaint to AGO in Seattle, Washington on May 15, 2013 which did not resolve the issue.
I appreciate any available help in recovering my money of $2399.00"
