Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I have no choice but to use Windstream as my DSL. I pay $95.00 a month to have a download speed of over 12 mbps and only getting 2.5. My job is closing our facility and we are going to work from home. I do not meet the speed test and am looking at losing my job for a service I pay for. I keep calling and being told there is a latency outage that is affecting 91% of their customers and sorry about your job but they do not have a date this will be fixed. I have been promised calls back, no get them and am now going to seek a lawyer for losing a job I have had for years. I never get a credit. I want what I am paying for and they really don't care. I am paying for a service I am not receiving and don't understand how they can get away with this. They are causing me to loose my job and I will seek resolution"
