  • I disagree with the explanation / grounds provided

    "You have got to be kidding me. Any contract that goes month to month has a 30 day notice. It does not revert to the previous contract. Read the law. Don't use your poor excuse as a real estate agent up-teen years ago as "knowing the law". We made over $8,000 in improvements to your home. Including the shower stall, handicap conformed, 2 new air vents upstairs, increased the size of duct work and insulated the garage door. We knew you would be mad because we didn't buy your house and would not return our deposit. We paid to have the carpets professionally cleaned and the house professionally cleaned. before leaving. If you think we are stupid think again. If you continue to pursue this matter the next thing you will hear is from my attorney. Not some dot.com place. You knew about the shower that we had installed when we first moved in and never said a negative word about it. You sure didn't have a negative word to say about improving your air conditioning. Tit for Tat you owe me about $8,000 so back off now."
