"I was misinformed -- perhaps deliberately -- about the costs associated with two new accounts I opened with the Wells Fargo Bank, Milton Road branch, Flagstaff AZ. I subsequently accumulated charges/fees of $76.65 on dormant accounts that I had been assured had no associated fees. Wells Fargo refuses to accept my accurate version of these accounts and their uninvited costs. The WF employee involved is either misremembering or lying about our consultation in order to support his employers."
