"I have apparently joined a number of others that also claim this company is operating frudulently by not delivering products paid for and honoring written refund guarantees. I started receiving booklets about their mail order "guaranteed" profit program. Started received invitations by mail to join back in 2015 but didn't have money needed. Decided to order few weeks ago after saving up the $500 startup cost to join their higher lever "gold program" where you get paid $300.00 per received order from their mailouts. I did check about 2 months ago online and even called them and found no scam reports like I'm finding online now on various "ripoff" report scam sites. I mailed them the required sign up member "gold" fee of $197.00 directly to their listed Chicago , IL office address. As required, I then mailed the remaining $300 to the person listed on my order brochure (this would be a person such as myself being paid as new members join under his mailings. ) I have the man's name I sent the $300 money order to as well as his email address and mailing address if needed. I mailed my money several weeks ago and began getting nervous as after weeks I haven't received anything from the company. They claim in their brochure they mail package 72hrs after money order clears so I should have received it by now. Tried emailing numerous times with no reply. Three weeks ago they wouldn't answer the phone numbers listed, but there was a voice mail to leave messages. Today I tried calling *April 6, 2017 and now both numbers says "you have reached a number that is currently not set up to receive calls) That's a strange automated message, but again, looks like I'm newest victim of their scam. I'm attaching photo copies of order form I sent them (I copied it before mailing as well as copies of both money orders totaling $497.00 , amount of my refund request.) I have no wish to settle. I've been in mail order for years and know that when dealing with these many compaints and fraud claims against one company, chances are I'll keep losing more money if I continue dealing with them. Therefore, I request full immediate refund of total paid $497.00. I've also attached information of name , mailing address and email of person I sent $300 required payment to who's a person like myself who is paid when someone like me joins. Please aggresively pursue this mailorder fraud claim before these scammers have time to run. I also am contacting the postal inspector as well as the attorney general in the company's city regarding their apparent fraudulent activities. Please keep me informed of status. This apparent loss of my money really hurts as I'm 62 yrs old and on lifetime disability. Please do all possible to locate and recover my money for me. Regards, Frances M. Turk"
