"My 2yr old daughter was detained in holding room for 35 minutes with a neighbor we had been shopping with that day that was stopped for accusations of stealing even after she told management and police officers my daughter was not her daughter but her parents are in the store they did not call over intercom for her father and I knowing we where in the store on other hand they watched us check out and looking frantically for our daughter and watched us walk out with groceries while our daughter was crying for her parents us they also had no woman in this room all men questioning neighbor to see if she had been trying to steal which she was let go and not charged cause was not found guilty. This happened this year 2014 beginning of the year may have receipts still of .my exact day and times if not food stamp card will identify time and month and day. I believe our parents rights and daughters rights where violated with this upsetting time daughter has been affected emotionally as well as us over this strategic behaviors by walmart employees and secret shopper that alleged neighbor was stealing as well as law enforcement officers. Been trying to contact and get help for several months with no results and came across your site and now writting you to see what we can do would like to sue walmart in castle rock, Colorado 80104 for violating my families rights and laws or procedures they need to pay for there mistakes like anyone else in rhe united state's."

  • The police report I requested that was done by the police officer dispatched to go to Walmart for the person stealing received a copy of his statement and reports along with anyone else's that was involved just the police report and statement addresses what Iam saying is 100% accurate and truthful on top pf is evidence as well just proves my daughter was detained for 30 to 45 minutes with Walmart and police officer knowing parents where on Walmart premises and also that parent's where not notified at all by Walmart nor law enforcement knowing the little was being held against her will and took advantage she being two years old couldn't defend herself nor gave parents their rights as her parents to tp detain her or did not give parent's their right's to let us know what had happened and what was going on so they could come grab daughter and get her out of this little room, police report also proves Walmart doesn't respond or do what they say they will do like Walmart employee said he second a copy of his report with videos footage to police department as soon as it was available that was back in May its now September and still nothing has been sent by Walmart to police department still. They broke state law's, government law's, safety, rules, security, consumers rights, civil right's, human right's, public humiliation and regulations of Walmart that should follow as business and everyone else has to follow an protected too so my family should get the same rights and treatment th atanyone else gets it's time they meaning Walmart take responsibility for their actions they are no different. But the police report proves a lot or would say most eveidence that Walmart should except settlement cash offer and it shows my family is telling the truth an that these are not allegations against Walmart

  • So claim management Inc whichc pretty much works for Wal-Mart what a surprise they denied my claim now I am going to try and hire a lawyer so I guess I will see them in court soon because I know they broke the law and maybe even sue claim management Inc for denying claim knowingly that my claim should not of been denied

  • Human rights, Civil right's several of them where violated on parent's behalf most definitely on child behalf. One of the human right's is and are the right to defend yourself and being the fact minor child was only two years old she could not nor based of age parents have to be contracted because obviously the two year old educational and comprehension levels is not there or can not defend herself WALMART intentionally held minor against her will and didn't advice the parent's of minor what was going on to uphold theirs and minors right's. Walmart also did violate rules procedures and regulations as well as consumer right's Walmart should ve lucky all claimant is asking for is a million dollars. Poor family that had to go threw fear, stress, public humiliation, anxiety and emotional distress. Luckily we have laws and civil right's to protect consumers because companies like Walmart think because they areva million dollar or billion dollar company they don't have to obey the law's or protect their consumers cause what's the damage for them losing a few customers they make enough money anyway and obviously the police report is enough proof on claimant end Walmart indeed violate much more. Maye should seek a lawyer too sue for way more then a million dollars and get what is really owed to them.
