"Lied from the word go. Gave 30 days to cancel, yet took 3 months to get any contracts, paperwork, or even POC #'s. By that time it was too late to get a refund. Cannot book anything. Pricing for anything is more than what one can get off the internet. A total scam. I'm looking for a way for legal action if I'm not able to get my refund. I'm so disappointed because they made it sound like such an amazing deal."

    We have looked into this matter and find that Mr. Perkins made a request for a week as Stormy Point Village and wanted it for the price of $399.00. In the VIP Charter he received at the time of sale it states that weeks back to Stormy Point Village are based on the current maintenance fees, so the price of $599.00 he was told is right. Weeks can be purchased from the Summerwinds Travel for as litter as $399.00 up to $999.00. I have attached a copy of the VIP Charter to show the pricing he was given at the time of sale.
    If Mr. Perkins has any questions, he may contact me at 417-332-3292.
