Complaint Involved (1) - View
Claimant says:
"Vladimir was my friend and he promissed to help buying 3 cars for $15000 with the dillership license he possesed for my family relative overees. He promissed to help to buy cars and ship them. Money were wire transferred to his bank account from my relative bank account with the note on the wire transfer (transfer contract) to my name. Vladimir disappeared right after the transaction. Then later he claimed that IRS had frozen his family bank account. He promissed to pay it all back. He gave 2 insufficient checks (I have their copies). Then promissed to start paying back in lump sums. He paid one payment of $400 and later on he completely refused to pay back. I ended up paying everything back to my relative. (all the communication with Vladmir via text messaging where he promisses to pay everything back, etc is saved, notarized letter from my relative showing that I've paid him everything back myself is available as well). At the end he told me not to talk to him or any of his relatives and threatened me with the police if I would come to his home asking for my money."
