"Vital Suport home health care agency located in Phila. at 4711 Wellington st, Phila . Pa. 19135 has very poor work and business ethics. Ther are always proplems with people paychecks then when they see there is a problem they take there time weeks resolving the issues. The vompany ignores your call emails texes lie to you about sending you your earned wages for work done the ower Romen speaks to you like you cant count or not suppose to speak up for your self. I would not allow this company to take care of a well dog nevertheless a sick patient or client."

The claimant's settlement terms were rejected with the following explanation:
  • I disagree with the explanation / grounds provided

    "Please be advised, this individuals employement was terminated based on her actions. Individual uses derogatory and racial profanity, that is against company policy. Individual continously violated company's policies and procedures and violated company's employment conduct. Our legal department is curretly investigating a matter relating to the individuals gross violation of employement conduct and will be in touch with this individual.

    As far as the employees check is concerned a copy of the check was mailed to the individual, (proof located in employement file) and if not received - then the check can be voided and reissued.

    Furthermore, this individual was escorted out of our office by the POLICE DEPARTMENT for improper conduct.

    Finally, our legal department will act within the provision of law with respect to all appropriate parties with regard to the defamation of character in relation to the employees falsified statements relating to the company. "
