Claimant says:
"Virtusso Sourcing Group, LLC has made inquires, into my credit bureau report, on 1-occasion, without any permissible purpose. This is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq, which is $1,000.00 each time for a total of $1,000.00 and

There was another violation of the Federal Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) 15 U.S.C. §§ 1692-1692p., when you also went to my credit bureau report, to obtain information about me, which is $1,000.00.

I had requested on or about July 16, 2015, that you validate the debt, pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act and copy that shows you obtained the proper documents from the credit bureau reporting agency to and/or were given permissible purposes to access my credit bureau report, and you ignored and failed to respond or communicate. This was done in bad faith.

I am filing this claim, because I am disputing the debt that you are showing on my credit bureau report with Sprint. I have never had any business or contract with your firm nor have I ever been contacted or notified. Virtusso Sourcing Group, LLC is a debt collector and were not the original creditor.

This is my notice to you that I am going to file suit against you for damages for violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and Fair Debt Collections Practices Act.

If you wish to resolve this matter without court action. I am requesting $2,000.00. I will expect to hear from you in (10) days, to resolve this matter, before further action is taken. You may send the settlement agreement, if needed, by email for me to sign, so you can send a payment using the 1-day service."
