"I signed up with Va. Singles. on 4/29/14.
I had a very long interview with Amber. Stating my sitution and what I needed and wanted.
I have had 3 meetups and everyone has paid less than I have a lot less and they have not been what I have asked for. I have written on the profiles and called and every time all the staff wants to do is argue with me that it was my fault that I gave them the wong information. For instances I did not want anyone that had children at home. They sent me someone that was very nice but they work everyother weekend and have there child everyother which is something I dont want when I said something to them they yelled that you have kids at home and I said not I dont mine are all over 28 and grown. I found out they had my age younger when I call they said that thats what I had put down, instead of just fixing it they argue. It is impossible to get anything resolved with them all they do is argue when I try and they get very defensive. Once I called and I here the person answer the phone and the person in the backgroung was yelling shit! shit! and then hung up on me.
I told them I was not going to argue with them on this I just wnated to know how they are going to fix it. And that I was expecting it fixed. But all I get is defensive and arguing so now I want a refund and a partial if fine. And they call and argue and pass me to the next office worker. and I have spoken to 4 so far and have not resolved anything. When I tell them I am not going to sit on the phone and argue I will put it in writing they say we dont put anything in writing, we dont write. So I am unable to resolve anything with them. And when I ask to speak with Amber the lady I originally spoke with they tell me she is not available. So I am very frustrated and feel pretty stupid for spending 4k when I find out that the men I have meet have spent 2k. When I bring this up they just say well we dont talk about other people's payments. So I really need some help resolving this issue. It has been very frustrating none of my or very little information is right and they wont resolve it"

  • I spoke with Marsha from Virginia Singles. I thougt we had worked it out and at the end of a very long conversation I asked her to email me with our agreement.
    And she agreeded. And I agreed when I got our agreement I would take off the claim. As of now I still have not received anything in writing. She left me a message saying that there was some miscommunication she was waiting for my email. So nothing has been resolved and they are impossible to work with. They are very smooth salepeople but when it comes down to putting agreements or conversations in writing they will not. I am done trying to work with them and am expecing refund at this time. I will continue to pursue this and will not stop until refund has been made. And I will be seeking a lawyer if not done in a timely manner. Our contract says disputes will be handled in office so I will bring an lawyer to office to work it out if neccessary and the lawyer can act as my spokesperson. I am finished talking with them.
