"It has been a miserable experience with this company. We tried for 2 hours to move a return flight ( only one leg of a flight) a week. There were not able to accommodate unless they changed everything and started over. I spoke with Air France who was absolutely amazing and they stated that this was not difficult at all to resolve. This has been the most inflexible company that I have ever had the displeasure to work with. For a company who books overseas trips regularly, they need major improvement. We have been highly disappointed."

    I just received an email from People Claim stating they have tried to reach us 16 times since July in regards to your concerns. Todays email is the first one we have received. I was unable to find you in our system as a VBT traveller. Is it possible you travelled under a different name? I will be happy to look into your concerns once I hear back from you.
