Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"My boys went off our plan I called in to cancel their plan and their customer service told me that we would get a credit for the reminder of the month on the next billing cycle. well the Bill came but there was no credit, so I called them and was told that there is no credit after weeks before I was told that I would get a credit back they were not under contract on their phones anymore, THEY told me we would get a credit and now they say we owe till the end of the billing cycle, that is BULL that they tell you yes you will get a credit when you call to cancel the phone so you quit using the phone because they told you that you were going to get a credit back. The lying cheaters should of said that you have to pay till the end of the cycle instead of telling me I would get a credit the next month, I would of kept the phone open till the end of the cycle. and to top off we have been with them for 10 years with bills over $300 a month and they go and treat us like crap, if I cant get results here I will continue with other internet pages and you tube till I get results Be fricken up front with me don't lie to me after you tell me once yes sir you get a credit I am so sick of big company's screwing long time customers"
