Claimant says:
"March 2016 I purchased extended warranty for my car. I paid $695 up front. I learned that 1) my car was still under warranty and 2) my dealer offers a better plan. I called and wrote within the grace period to cancel my policy. I was to receive a refund. I called 9-2-16, spoke to Sean who assured me it was an oversight and he would immediately put in a check request. i have not received a check and they have not returned multiple phone calls.

I was finally called back only to be transfer to a different department. After being on hold for 23 minutes I was disconnected.
