Claimant says:
"The reply from Valuetraded is just more "fluff". FACT , They breached the original contract by NOT filing the deed to the Fla.condo. They accepted the fees, and all documentation and then
neglected to follow through on their obligation for more than 6
months. They never responded to my calls, e-mails etc. The claim that I refused to cooperate is totally untrue. Re-read my e-mail. I
stated that I could NOT respond to their request for duplicate paperwork and yes I did say that I WILL NOT do any further buisness with their company. FACT. I did send duplicates and it
was also ignored. Valuetraded has no "RIGHT" to hold my money
for their incompetancy. Had they followed normal practices, such as filing the Vistana Deed when they should have---6 months earlier, this problem would not exist. I want everything, all
documents, especially the Vistana Deed , and $18,000.00 returned"

"Same thing is happening to us. It's been almost 3.5 years since we traded in our timeshare to Unlimited Vacation Clubs and Value Traded has not yet resolved anything. We continue to have to pay our annual maintenance fee along with our UVC payment. This is a bogus company. Do not do business with them...."
