Claimant says:
"I paid for a puppy from Aaron Stafford. Atlanta Ga. 30312 for 100.00. He said he was taking care of the transportation.. I later get a call from Andrew Abangma, that I need to send 400.00 for a crate and a shot. Okay I sent the money.. 2 Hours later I get another call needed to send another 400.00 for a permit. I was told the puppy would arrive at 11:30 am on July 19th at 11:30am. around 10:am I get a call from Andrew.. the puppy is in South Carolina and I needed to send another 400.00 dollars for another permit. I told them no. I was told I would get the money back, but still I said no. This meant I was not getting the puppy.. I want back..100.00 for the puppy. 800 for the money wired to Andrew and also 54 for the wire fee. that is 954.00 I want back. I called the owner, that I bought the puppy from. I told him he would be getting the puppy back.. I kind of think now, he may have been in on this Bull. I had a puppy sent to me from TX and I did not have all this crap to go through on My Other Puppy. I feel this is a rippe off,."
